We go over all of the options we designed for you and finalize blueprints.
Our team shows up on the day of your event to make it unforgettable and one of a kind!

Day-Of-Event coordinating Process
We gather all of your event details including location, vendors, important family members, bridal party and other logistics relevant to the event.
We reach out to each vendor individually to go over items, times, and blueprints for the day.
2-3 weeks prior to the event, we develop a detailed itinerary including all vendor information.
Our team shows up on the day of your event to ensure everything flows as smoothly as possible!
